Passenger Responsibility & Documentation
All passengers are required to be at check-in counters at the specific time indicated on the passenger’s itinerary. All times are subject to change by National Airlines. Failure to be present at the appropriate check-in location / check-in times may result in the passenger's bag being offloaded from the flight and applicable no show fees being charged.
Passengers must possess valid travel documentation, including verification of applicable badge / LOA / escort details as indicated at the time of booking. These documents are required to prove travel is USG / ISAF accredited, sponsored, and covered by the 2002 ISAF / interim Administration of Afghanistan Military Technical Agreement (MTA) and HQ ISAF’s (CJ4) Contract Air Services Policy dated 23 October 2011. Failure to present valid documentation will result in the passenger being denied travel and the passenger itinerary forfeited in full, without refund, waiver, or date change. Any passenger found to have incorrect and / or false details / documentation will be denied access onto the base and sent back to their origin destination at their own cost. National Airlines does not have any responsibility or liability for refusal to carry any passenger who fails to check-in at the required time and / or without the required documentation.
All flight times, airlines and type of aircraft, as well as itineraries, are subject to change with or without prior notice. National Airlines reserves the right to substitute alternative airlines or aircraft types and to add en route stops to make any other operational changes at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Operational changes may occur, resulting in the need to reschedule or cancel flights.
